On December 8 and 9, the GDR Bio-Informatique Moléculaire and the GDR Informatique Mathématique (COMATEGE group, Combinatoire des mots, algorithmique du texte et du génome) will be holding a workshop on Algorithmics, text combinatorics and bioinformatics applications in Lille. This workshop will be twinned with a thematic day, Analyse bio-informatique des données NGS, to be held the day before at the same venue. Topics will range from combinatorics and text algorithms to their application to the bioinformatics analysis of biological sequences. Presentations will be organized by session, with more computer science, mathematical or bioinformatics sensibilities.
