The 4th ISPDC meeting attempts to provide an interactive, professional and friendly, but high level (the selection is 50%) forum for all researchers, developers and users interested in parallel and distributed computing technologies and applications. This year's ISPDC will give special attention to Cluster, Grid and mobile computing technologies as they are rapidly developing and lead to new high performance computing capabilities through the sharing of distributed resources.
