Project-based research funding, which has become increasingly competitive, not only provides significant financial leverage but also contributes to the benefits in terms of visibility and partnerships.
The ‘Partnerships, Valorisation and Project Engineering’ unit supports CRIStAL’s researchers and teacher-researchers who wish to respond to national, European and international calls for collaborative or individual projects.
This unit acts as an interface between the research teams, the departments of the parent institutions and the funders of the programmes to which the projects belong.
Support offered:
- Monitoring and providing information on calls for projects ;
- Encouraging projects to be submitted ;
- Support in the administrative, financial and legal engineering of research projects ;
- Analysis of the call for proposals, assistance in drafting the governance sections, data management, development/dissemination plan, targeted proofreading ;
- Search for partners and monitoring of partnership relations ;
- Monitoring relations with funding bodies ;
- Advice and support in negotiating or drafting agreements or contracts, in interaction with the relevant legal departments ;
- Establishing contact with regional and/or national schemes to provide support in setting up individual European projects such as ERCs.
