Résumé :

De nombreux freins à la mobilité transfrontalière et à l’intégration sur les marchés de l’emploi pour les demandeurs d’emploi et les travailleurs occupés existent dans le zone ciblée par le projet. En effet, la barrière de la langue, les spécificités liées à certains métiers qualifiés et la méconnaissance des opportunités de travail impactent la mobilité entre les différents versants de la zone de coopération. Les formations en ligne sont alors une des clés pour améliorer cette mobilité transfrontalière et pour faciliter l’intégration des marchés de l’emploi.
Cependant, force est de constater que de nombreux projets de formations numériques ne sont pas connus du grand public, et sont même parfois boudés par les utilisateurs. En effet, ces contenus pédagogiques ne sont pas encore suffisamment performants. Par exemple, dans les MOOCs, seuls 10% des apprenants, en moyenne, parachèvent leurs cours.
L’objectif du projet Dig-e-Lab est de créer une dynamique d’excellence autour des initiatives de formation en ligne utilisant des supports vidéo pour le contexte transfrontalier. Le projet, non seulement analysera les initiatives existantes et améliorera d’un point de vue technologique/pédagogique certaines d’entre elles pour amorcer un processus d’émulation, mais centralisera et structurera, sur sa plateforme en ligne, les différents parcours qui existent pour se former ou se perfectionner dans le but de travailler dans un contexte transfrontalier.

Abstract :

Many barriers to cross-border mobility and labour market integration for job seekers and employed workers exist in the area targeted by the project. Indeed, the language barrier, the specificities associated with certain skilled occupations and the lack of awareness of work opportunities affect mobility between the various slopes of the cooperation zone. Online training is then one of the keys to improving cross-border mobility and facilitating the integration of labour markets.
However, it must be noted that many digital training projects are not known to the general public, and are sometimes even shunned by their users. Indeed, these educational contents are not yet sufficiently effective. For example, in MOOCs, only 10% of learners, on average, complete their courses.
The aim of the Dig-e-Lab project is to create a dynamic of excellence around online training initiatives using video media for the cross-border context. The project will not only analyse existing initiatives and improve some of them from a technological/pedagogical point of view to initiate an emulation process, but will centralise and structure, on its online platform, the different paths that exist to train or improve with the aim of working in a cross-border context.
